No. denationalize.me deliberately operates outside of the constraints and regulations of the legal and tax consultant professions. Otherwise independent and discreet advice to clients would not be possible.

In very few cases is a legally sound assessment even necessary. If this is the case, I can put you in touch with the appropriate lawyers. This applies, for example, to issues of emigration taxation, multi-tier holding structures, or special issues relating to state law.

In any case, you can have everything approved in black and white by my partner lawyers and agencies before starting a business or emigrating.

Apart from the close network of its carefully selected partners, denationalize.me has not had good experiences with tax consultants and lawyers. For lavish fees, you usually only get very general statements from an arrogant counterpart.

Corresponding law firms are highly specialized, which is why they lack the view to creative legal solutions. They'll sell you solutions that work - but they're often overpriced or unnecessarily overly complex.

You never know how closely they work with the authorities and you may rely on legally secured solutions that ultimately only cause problems. Legal matters are just one part - there are a number of other factors that are more important for founding a company abroad and emigration that only practitioners like me know.
