You can check directly in the registry whether the desired name for your LLC is still available or not. The name should not exist yet and it should not be too similar to something that is already registered, regardless of the legal form. Names similar to inactive companies are acceptable. If you do not want to search yourself, just send me several names in order of preference so that we can check it for you. I also need a copy of your passport (scan/photo) in order to receive the EIN tax number in the accelerated procedure (only 2 working days). The EIN is applied for by a US citizen, as only they can receive it online without waiting. After receipt, an amendment will be made in your person (therefore a copy of your passport). This method has become necessary because it can currently take 2 to 3 months in the conventional way and you are restricted, especially when opening the bank accounts. There are no disadvantages or extra costs for you with this method. If you choose the long way, just let us know, but please don't complain if it takes longer (then no passport copy is necessary).

We can issue an invoice for the consultation. Please send us your desired billing address. We can set up the LLC before receiving payment, but we only apply for the EIN and send you the documents once the owed amount has been paid in full.

We can potentially form the LLC for you in any US state. But only in Florida, Wyoming, and Delaware is there the option of a premium address and/or office lease (required for PayPal). These 3 states are also generally recommended for non-residents when founding an LLC. The main differences between the states are their taxes (income tax, corporation tax, sales tax), which is practically irrelevant for you as a non-US citizen. Only the annual fees of the states range from $50 in Wyoming to $500 in Nevada. This is already included in our cost estimate. The only really relevant decision factor besides your own preference and reputation is the legislation of the states with regard to your business model. Cannabis businesses are better off settling in Colorado or Washington, gambling affiliates go to Nevada and dating/erotica providers are happy in Florida. With normal services, trade or digital products, however, it hardly makes a difference. But an address in Manhattan, Los Angeles or Miami certainly sounds better than in Wyoming or Kentucky. Here you basically have the option of simply entering into a contract with a virtual office provider yourself after we have set up the LLC for you in the state of your choice.
